You can sign in with a password, or with a Google or SoundCloud account.

Password requirements

Your password must:

  • Be longer than 10 characters
  • Contain a capital letter
  • Contain a number
  • Contain a symbol or other non-alphanumeric character

Set it during signup, or change it later from Settings → Account → Security.

Signing in with Google or SoundCloud

On the login or signup screen, use or continue with and pick Google or SoundCloud. No password to remember, and nothing to reset.

You can link either method later from Settings → Account → Security → Login Methods.

SoundCloud is worth linking if you'll use SoundCloud sync for your mixes — one connection covers both. See Importing Mixes From SoundCloud.

If you can't get in

Forgot your password? on the login screen sends a reset link to your email. Check spam if it doesn't arrive.

Your account is deactivated. You'll be told, and asked to contact support. See Deactivating Your DJ Account.

Your account is restricted. You'll be told to contact support. This happens when platform rules have been broken. See Account Strikes and What Triggers Them.

You've lost access to your email. Contact [email protected]. You'll need to confirm who you are.

Keeping your account secure

Your account holds your client conversations, your booking history, and your payout details. Worth protecting properly:

  • Use a password you don't use anywhere else
  • Don't share it, even with someone helping run your bookings
  • If you think it's been seen, change it immediately

We'll never ask for your password in a message or an email. If someone claiming to be DJfindr does, report it.

Changing your email

Your email is your login, so changing it needs your password. See Updating Your Name, Email, Phone, and Birthdate.
