Three things sit at the top of your public page before a client reads a word: your cover image, your profile picture, and your intro reel.

Profile picture and cover image

Both are uploaded from Content → Profile → About. Each has a delete icon if you want to remove one and start again.

Your profile picture is the one that travels. It appears on your search result card, next to your reviews, in a client's inbox, and on your share card. A clear photo of your face or your recognisable logo works better than a wide shot from the back of a venue.

Your cover image is the wide banner behind it, and only appears on your profile page. A shot of you working a real crowd does more here than a graphic.

Intro reel

A short video that plays inside the About tab of your profile.

  1. Go to Content → Profile → About and find Intro Reel.
  2. Paste a YouTube URL into Video URL.
  3. Turn on Display on profile.

A preview appears under the field so you can confirm the right video loaded before saving.

What works

Thirty to ninety seconds is plenty. Clients are checking energy and how you carry a room, not watching a full set. Open on a busy floor rather than a slow build — the first three seconds decide whether they keep watching.

If it doesn't load

The URL has to be a YouTube link. Check the video isn't set to private, and paste the full URL rather than a shortened one from a share button.

Hiding the reel

Turn off Display on profile to hide the block without deleting the URL. Worth doing while you're between videos — an empty reel section looks worse than none at all.
