Your subscription status shows on Settings → Plan & Billing. There are eight.

Status What it means Action needed
Trialing You're in your 14-day free trial None
Active Everything's fine and paid None
Past Due A payment failed. We're retrying Yes
Unpaid Payments have failed repeatedly Yes
Canceled You've cancelled. Runs to the end of the period None
Paused Temporarily suspended Depends
Incomplete Signup didn't finish Yes
Incomplete/Expired An unfinished signup that timed out Start again

Past Due

A subscription payment failed — usually an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank fraud check.

We'll retry, but sort it out rather than waiting. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and add or update your card via Add New, or use Manage to update it in the billing portal.

Your features stay on for now. Left unresolved, it becomes Unpaid.

Unpaid

Payments have failed repeatedly and access to paid features is at risk. Update your card immediately.

If your card is fine and it's still failing, your bank is likely blocking a recurring charge to an unfamiliar merchant. A quick call to them usually fixes it.

Incomplete

Signup for the plan started but didn't complete — often an authentication step from your bank that wasn't finished. Start the upgrade again from Settings → Plan & Billing → Upgrade.

Incomplete/Expired is the same thing after it timed out. Same fix.

Trialing

You have full access to the plan and haven't been charged. When the trial ends you either move to the paid plan or drop to Lite. See How the 14-Day Free Trial Works.

Canceled

You've cancelled but the period you paid for is still running. You keep paid features until it ends, then move to Lite.

Why it matters

Your plan sets your platform fee and payout delay. If your subscription lapses, both revert to Lite's rates on payments collected after that — 20% and a 6-day delay. A Past Due status left for a fortnight can quietly cost you real money on a booking collected in the meantime.

Where to fix things

Card updates and invoices are in the billing portal via Manage. See Managing Your Card, Invoices, and Payment History.
