Widgets only render on domains you've explicitly approved. Anywhere else shows an error saying the domain isn't authorized.
Adding a domain
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Widgets.
- Select Manage Authorized Domains.
- Select Add Domain.
- Enter your website's address.
- Save.
Each domain in the list shows when it was added.
Do this first
Add the domain before you paste the embed code. Otherwise you'll publish the widget, see an error, and start debugging the snippet when nothing is wrong with it.
Which domains to add
Your live site — the address visitors actually use.
Your staging or preview site, if you test there first. Site builders like Squarespace and Wix give you a temporary address before you connect your own domain name; add that one too while you're building.
Both www and non-www, if your site is reachable either way and doesn't redirect.
Why the restriction exists
Without it, anyone could take your embed code and run your booking form on their own site. The allowlist means your widget only works where you've put it.
If the widget shows an error
Oops, this domain isn't authorized to display a widget! — the error names the domain it saw. Compare it against your list:
- Is it the www version when you added the bare domain, or vice versa?
- Is it your staging address rather than the live one?
- Did you add the domain, or a full page URL? Add the domain
Removing one
Remove a domain when you stop using a site or take down a widget. Any widget on that domain stops rendering immediately, so tidy up the embed code there too rather than leaving a broken block on your page.
If you downgrade
