If your mixes already live on SoundCloud, you can import them rather than uploading each one again. This is available on Pro and Platinum.
Connect your account
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find the SoundCloud block and select Connect.
- Sign in to SoundCloud and approve the connection.
The block then shows Reconnect and Disconnect instead.
Import your tracks
- From Settings → Integrations, select Import on the SoundCloud block — or use SoundCloud Sync at the top of Content → Mixes.
- Pick the tracks you want.
- Select Import.
Importing runs in the background and can take a few minutes. Finished mixes appear under Content → Mixes, where you can edit the title, genres, and cover art like any other mix.
Which tracks can be imported
Only tracks that are fully streamable. If a track is set to preview-only, or SoundCloud blocks it from playing outside their site, it can't be imported and you'll see an alert next to it. Changing the track's settings on SoundCloud and trying again usually resolves it.
Genres and tags
We map SoundCloud's genres and tags onto ours where they match. Anything without an equivalent is skipped, so it's worth checking the genres on each imported mix afterwards and setting them yourself.
Only import what's yours
Import tracks you own or have the rights to stream and share. Uploading someone else's work can lead to the mix being removed and, for repeat cases, action on your account. If you're using a mix that contains other people's recordings, make sure you have the right to distribute it.
Disconnecting
Disconnect on the SoundCloud block stops future imports. Mixes you've already imported stay on your profile — disconnecting doesn't remove them.
