There's a Display on profile switch at the top of Content → Mixes. It controls whether the Mixes tab appears on your public profile at all.
What it does
Off, and the section is hidden from clients. Your mixes aren't deleted — they're just not shown.
When to hide it
You have nothing up yet. An empty Mixes tab is worse than none. It reads as an unfinished profile.
You have one weak mix. One average recording does less for you than no recording. A client who plays it and isn't convinced has actively decided against you.
You're rebuilding. Hide it while you swap things out, then switch it back on.
Your mixes don't match the work you want. If your only recordings are club sets and you're chasing weddings, they may be pointing clients away from what you're selling. Better hidden until you record something that fits.
When to show it
As soon as you have two or three mixes that represent the work you want. This is the highest-value section on your profile for converting a visitor into an enquiry.
What clients see when it's on
A grid of tiles with play buttons on the Mixes tab, with View All Mixes if there are more than fit. The player follows them down the page, so they can listen while reading your reviews.
The other display switches
Same pattern for Posts (under Content → Posts), Intro Reel, and Profile Tags. See Controlling What Shows on Your Profile.
Checking it
Open your profile in a private browser window. That's what a logged-out client sees.
A note on ordering
If you have several mixes, the first one is the one most people play. Make sure it's your strongest, and the closest to the work you want to book. See Adding a Mix.
