DJfindr offers three subscription tiers for DJs. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. You are never charged until the trial period ends.

Platform Fee Explained

The platform fee is a percentage automatically deducted from each payment before it is added to your payout balance. For example, on a $500 gig:

  • Lite: You receive $400 (20% fee = $100)
  • Pro: You receive $450 (10% fee = $50)
  • Platinum: You receive $475 (5% fee = $25)

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to Settings → Plan & Billing.
  2. Your current plan, renewal date, and active features are shown here.
  3. Click Upgrade Plan to move to a higher tier.
  4. Click Manage Subscription to be redirected to the secure Stripe Billing portal, where you can:
    • Download PDF invoices for past billing cycles.
    • Update your credit/debit card on file.
    • Change your billing address.
    • Cancel your subscription (returns you to Lite after the current period ends).

Note: Downgrading or canceling does not delete your data or profile. You retain access to your Lite-tier features immediately.
