Posts (also called Featured Content) are short-form media entries that appear on your public DJ profile page. They allow you to showcase recent performances, share announcements, and keep your profile fresh and engaging.
Accessing Posts
Navigate to Content → Posts on your dashboard.
Creating a Post
- Click New Post.
- Add a Caption — a short headline or description for the post.
- Upload one or more Images or Videos from your device, or embed a URL.
- Click Publish to make it live on your profile immediately.
What Posts Look Like
Posts appear in a feed-style grid on your public DJ profile page, visible to all visitors. Each post displays:
- Your uploaded media (image or video thumbnail)
- The caption
- The post date
Managing Posts
- Edit — Update the caption or media on any existing post.
- Delete — Remove a post permanently from your profile.
- Reorder — Drag and drop posts to control the display order on your profile.
Profile Visibility Settings
From your Profile Editor (Content → Profile → Settings), you can toggle entire sections on/off for your public profile:
- Show Posts — Toggle visibility of your entire Posts section.
- Show Mixes — Toggle visibility of your Mixes/Media section.
- Show Featured Reel — Toggle visibility of your Featured Video at the top of your profile.
- Show Profile Tags — Show or hide your earned profile badges.
Tip: Consistent posting keeps your profile active and signals to the DJfindr algorithm that you are an engaged DJ. Active profiles receive a slight boost in search rankings.
