Your DJ Link is a short personal address — `yourname.djfi.site` — that points at your DJfindr profile. It's free on every plan, including Lite.

## Two links, one profile

| | Looks like | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| **Profile Link** | `djfindr.com/dj/yourhandle` | Created automatically from your profile handle |
| **DJ Link** | `yourhandle.djfi.site` | Claimed by you, once |

Both open the same page. The DJ Link is just shorter and easier to say out loud, which makes it the better one for a bio link, a business card, or the end of a set.

## Claiming it

1. Go to **Content → Profile**.
2. Select **Claim DJ Link** at the top, or **Edit** on the **Links** section.
3. Type the handle you want under **Select your handle** — the `.djfi.site` suffix is added for you.
4. Select **Claim**.

## Choosing a handle

Match your stage name as closely as you can. Short beats clever, since people will type it from memory or hear it out loud. Avoid numbers and hyphens where you can — they're the part people get wrong.

Handles are first come, first served. If yours is taken, try dropping "dj" from the front or adding your city.

## Changing or removing it

Open the same dialog to **Update** it, or **Delete** to release it. Changing it breaks the old address immediately, so update anywhere you've shared it — bios, cards, printed material.

## Your profile handle

Separately, the `@handle` in your **Profile Link** is changed under **Content → Profile → About** using **Change Profile Handle**. Changing that one also changes your `djfindr.com/dj/` address.
