Each mix can carry links to where it lives elsewhere. Set them when adding or editing a mix under **Content → Mixes**.

## The four

- **Spotify**
- **Apple Music**
- **SoundCloud**
- **YouTube**

Paste the full URL into each. If a link isn't valid you'll see *Oops, this doesn't look like a link!* — usually a partial URL copied from a share menu.

## Why add them

A client who plays a mix on your profile and likes it has somewhere to go next. Someone who follows you on SoundCloud after hearing one mix is a client who remembers you months later when they're actually booking.

It also signals that you're a working DJ with a presence, not just a profile.

## Only add what exists

Leave a field blank rather than pointing it at your general profile on that platform. A link labelled as this mix that opens something else is worse than no link.

## Which matter most

**SoundCloud** is where DJ mixes actually live, and where a client is most likely to find more of your work.

**YouTube** is worth it if there's video — a set filmed at a venue does something a mix alone can't.

**Spotify** and **Apple Music** make more sense for original productions or curated playlists than for recorded sets.

## Where clients see them

On the mix detail on your profile. There's also a toggle in the mix widget for whether streaming links show when the widget is embedded on your own site. See [Embedding the Mix Widget](/hc/djs/articles/1786145955-embedding-the-mix-widget).

## Sharing a mix

Each mix has its own share action that produces a link back to your DJfindr profile — useful when you want the traffic coming to your booking page rather than to a streaming platform.

## Keeping them working

If you take a track down or move it, update or clear the link. A dead link on your profile is a small thing that reads as neglect.
