Everything about your subscription lives at **Settings → Plan & Billing**. Note this is separate from **Finance**, which is about money coming in from clients.

## Your plan

The **Plan** section shows your current plan, its status, the platform fee and payout delay you're on, and the features included. Two buttons sit alongside it:

- **Upgrade** — opens the plan comparison so you can move up a tier.
- **Manage** — opens a secure billing portal in a new tab.

## What you do in the billing portal

Select **Manage** to:

- Update or replace the card your subscription charges
- Download PDF invoices
- Change the billing address on your invoices
- Cancel your subscription

The portal is where cancellation happens — there's no cancel button in the dashboard itself. See [Canceling Your Subscription](/hc/djs/articles/1786145664-canceling-your-subscription).

## Payment methods

The **Payment Methods** section lists the cards saved to your account, with **Add New** to add another. This is the card used for your subscription, not for anything clients pay you.

If a card is expiring, add the replacement before the old one lapses. A failed subscription charge moves your account to **Past Due**.

## Payment history

The **Payment History** table lists every subscription charge with:

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Date** | When the charge was made |
| **Description** | What it was for |
| **Invoice ID** | The reference to quote if you contact us |
| **Amount** | What was charged |
| **Status** | Whether it succeeded |

Use the pagination controls at the bottom to go further back, or **Results per page** to show more at once.

## Promo codes

If you have a code, apply it when you subscribe — the confirmation dialog has a **Have a code?** link that reveals the field. Codes can't be applied to a subscription that's already running.
