Using the Offline Gig Planner

Every gig comes with its own unique set of requirements, timeline, and VIP requests. The DJfindr Gig Planner helps you organize all of this in one place.

How to Access It

1. Go to your Bookings tab and select a confirmed event.
2. Click Open Gig Planner.

Planner Features

• Timeline: Build a minute-by-minute schedule (e.g., "6:00 PM: Cocktails, 7:30 PM: Grand Entrance").
• VIP Tracking: Note down names of the bride, groom, or corporate executives so you can announce them confidently.
• Do Not Play List: A dedicated section for songs the client absolutely hates.

Pro Tip: You can print the Gig Planner to PDF to take a physical copy with you, ensuring you have the details even if the venue has poor cell service.
