Missing Payouts

If you completed a gig but haven't received your funds, check these common issues first:

• Payout Schedule: Remember that Lite plans have a 6-day delay, Pro has a 4-day delay, and Platinum has a 0-day delay. Count the business days from the end of the event.
• Bank Holidays: Transfers do not process on weekends or federal banking holidays.
• Identity Verification: Have you connected your bank account via Stripe and provided the necessary tax identity information? If Stripe pauses your account for missing information, payouts are frozen until you provide it.

If your scheduled payout date has passed by more than 2 business days, please contact Support.
