Mix Upload Issues

If your mix upload is failing, check the following:

• File Size: Ensure the file does not exceed your plan's limit (100MB for Lite, 250MB for Pro, 500MB for Platinum).
• File Format: Ensure the file is a standard MP3, WAV, or M4A. We do not support lossless FLAC or proprietary DAW project files.
• Browser Issues: Try clearing your browser cache or uploading from an incognito window. Uploads can sometimes time out on slow connections.
