Disputing Unfair Reviews

Getting a less-than-stellar review is frustrating, especially if you feel it's unfair. However, DJfindr only removes reviews that violate our community guidelines.

What to Do

1. Do not retaliate: Do not send angry messages to the client. This can lead to your account being suspended.
2. Write a Professional Reply: Use the public reply feature to calmly state your side of the story. Future clients read these replies and often side with the DJ if the DJ remains professional.
3. Flag for Review: If the review contains hate speech, threats, or mentions things entirely outside your control (like the venue AC breaking), click the Flag icon to submit it for manual review by our team.
