How to Create a Quick Reply

1. Go to Settings > Quick Replies.
2. Click Create New Reply.
3. Give it a shortcut name (e.g., `/rates`).
4. Type out the full message (e.g., "My standard rate starts at $150/hr depending on the equipment needed...").
5. Save it.

Now, whenever you are typing in the messenger, simply type your shortcut (`/rates`) and select it to instantly insert the full paragraph.
