You can cancel your paid subscription at any time without penalty. You will never be locked into a long-term contract (unless you specifically chose annual billing).
Your Pro or Platinum features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Once that period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Lite (Free) Plan. You will not lose your profile, past bookings, or reviews, but you will lose access to premium features (like Calendar Sync and the lower platform fee).
