Audio Formats and Limits

To ensure fast loading times and high-quality playback for clients on mobile and desktop, we have specific requirements for direct audio uploads.

Supported Formats

• .MP3: (Highly Recommended) Use 320kbps for the best balance of quality and size.
• .WAV: Supported, but files are often very large.
• .M4A / .AAC: Supported.

File Size Limits

• Lite Plan: Max 100MB per file (approx. 45 minutes at 320kbps).
• Pro Plan: Max 250MB per file.
• Platinum Plan: Max 500MB per file.

If your mix exceeds these limits, we recommend compressing the MP3 or utilizing the SoundCloud integration.
