Canceling a Confirmed Booking

We understand that emergencies happen. However, canceling a confirmed booking puts the client in a very difficult position and reflects poorly on the DJfindr platform.

How to Cancel

If you absolutely must cancel a confirmed gig:

1. Go to the Bookings tab and select the confirmed event.
2. Click Cancel Booking.
3. You must provide a detailed reason for the cancellation.

Consequences of Canceling

• Full Refund: The client is immediately issued a 100% refund.
• Account Strike: You may receive a strike on your account. Multiple strikes can lead to suspension or removal from the platform.
• Automated Review: An automated review indicating the DJ canceled may be posted to your profile.

Always try to work with the client or find a replacement DJ before resorting to cancellation.
