Adding Custom Line Items

Every gig is unique. Sometimes you need to charge for extras that aren't included in your base rate. Custom line items in your proposal make this easy and transparent.

Common Custom Line Items

• Travel / Mileage: For gigs outside your standard radius.
• Lighting Package: If the client requested lasers, strobes, or uplighting.
• Overtime: If the client requests you to stay an extra hour.
• Special Equipment: E.g., providing a wireless mic for wedding toasts or an extra subwoofer for a large room.

How to Add Them

While creating a proposal, simply click Add Line Item. Enter a title (e.g., "Premium Lighting Setup"), a short description, and the price. This will be added to the grand total the client sees before checkout.
