Preventing Double Bookings

Double booking is a DJ's worst nightmare. DJfindr has built-in safeguards to prevent this from happening on the platform.

Automatic Safeguards

• Confirmed Gigs: Once a client accepts your proposal and pays, that time slot is immediately locked on your calendar. No other client can request you for that exact time.
• Pending Requests: If you have a pending proposal out to Client A for Friday night, and Client B tries to book you for the same night, you will see a warning in your dashboard indicating a schedule conflict.
• Calendar Sync: By syncing your external calendar (Pro/Platinum), you ensure that gigs booked via word-of-mouth won't clash with DJfindr requests.
