Clear communication about equipment is crucial for a smooth gig. DJfindr allows you to specify what you bring (Extras) and what you need the client to provide (Requirements).

DJ Extras (What You Provide)

Let clients know if your rate includes or if you can provide additional equipment. Examples include:

• PA / Sound System
• Lighting Setup (Lasers, Strobes, Wash lights)
• Microphones (Wireless/Wired)
• Fog/Smoke Machine
• DJ Booth/Facade

Requirements (What You Need)

Set clear expectations for the venue. Common requirements include:

• A dedicated power outlet within 15 feet
• A sturdy 6-foot table
• Cover/tent for outdoor events
• Parking validation or load-in access

These will be displayed on your profile so clients know exactly what to expect before they request a booking.
